CAPTAIN GRANT’S POLICIES

PETS:

We are pet friendly. There is a onetime fee per visit of $25 per visit.
Pets are not allowed at breakfast. Pets are to be caged if left alone in the room. Pets are not allowed to be bathed in our tubs.

THREE PEOPLE:

There is a charge of $25 for a third adult and a $10 charge for someone age 15 or younger.

CHECKOUT:

Check out is at 11 AM. If you wish to stay later you must be out of your room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

STAGECOACH INN:

Stagecoach Inn charges 25% non-refundable when you make the reservation.

CAPTAIN GRANT’S:

For a one night stay we charge 100% up front. For a multiple night stay we charge 50% up front.
If you cancel10 days or more before you expected arrival, you get a full refund less $40 per night processing fee. If we are unable to re-book your room you will be charged the full cost of your stay. Fifty percent of the full cost of your cancelled stay will be applied to a future booking if made at the time of cancellation.

There are no refunds for early departure.
